Key Infomation

You must apply for the funding before the cut-off dates and must revalidate your 11-digit code every 3 months, or you will lose your childcare funding.

Funding is organised by terms. Before each term begins, you will be asked to confirm your child's sessions and the weekly funding amount. This information will be recorded on your child's account, so your invoices will show the funding deduction each month.

The costs you will incur include:

- Additional hours not covered by funding.

- Outstanding childcare at the setting

- High-quality resources used at the nursery,

- Well-balanced and nutritious homemade meals.

The funding is available for 38 weeks throughout the year, not the full 51 weeks that we are open. Charges will apply for out-of-term weeks (school holidays) at full price. You will receive a calendar indicating term time and holidays to anticipate when your invoices may rise.

"Funded"does not equate to free. We do provide a limited number of no-cost places for 3-hour blocks. Please consult with the management team regarding these opportunities.

We do not provide spaces exclusively for term-time attendance.

The funding rate set by the local authority varies for each age group, decreasing as the child grows older. Consequently, your nursery expenses will rise as your child progresses through the age groups
